DRILL GUARD – ‘TR1’ MODEL
The unique semi-circular design of this guard provides a lot of coverage of the chuck and drill bit. The guard is suitable for single and multi-station drills. It is easy to fit, easy to adjust and easy to use.
The front opening 5mm-thick polycarbonate screen is 120mm wide x 200mm high and it is mounted to a height-adjustable, side-fixing system with 100mm of vertical adjustment. The guard is equipped with a tamper-proof micro switch and steel mount.
DRILL GUARD – ‘TR6’ MODEL
The unique, semi-circular design of this guard provides considerable coverage of the cutting area. The guard is suitable for both drilling machines and band saws. It is easy to fit, easy to adjust and easy to use.
The front-opening, 5mm-thick polycarbonate screen is 170mm wide x 200mm high and it is mounted to a height-adjustable, side-fixing system with 100mm of vertical adjustment. The guard is equipped with a tamper-proof micro switch and steel mount.
DRILL GUARD – ‘TR5’ MODEL
This is an easy to fit, easy to adjust and easy to use interlocked drilling machine guard and milling machine close-fit cutter guard.
The 230mm x 310mm x 5mm-thick polycarbonate screen swings to the open position and is mounted to a height-adjustable, side-fixing system allowing approximately 300mm of vertical adjustment. The guard is equipped with a tamper-proof, micro-switched steel mount.
DRILL GUARD – ‘TR2SP’ MODEL
3TR2SPCM is one of our most popular models and a favourite with our installation engineers. An easy to fit, easy to adjust and easy to use interlocked drill guard.
The 4mm-thick polycarbonate screen swings to the open position and it is mounted to a height-adjustable, side-fixing system and tamper-proof, micro-switched compact steel mount.
DRILL GUARD – ‘TR7’ MODEL
The 3TR7CM is the same type of guard as the TR2CM, but with a longer adjustable rod. The guard was designed and manufactured for drill presses with longer spindles, with the rod on the guard extended by approximately 200mm compared with the TR2CM.
The standard drill guard has a 200mm wide x 130mm high polycarbonate shield which is height adjustable and swings open to the left.
DRILL GUARD – ‘TR3A’ MODEL
3TR3ACM drill guards have been designed and manufactured for radial drilling machines and large geared head drill presses. 300mm wide x 200mm high polycarbonate screen.
The steel mount which contains the anti-tamper interlock attaches to the side of the drilling machine with only two M6 bolts. The mounting flange is also reversable which gives additional positioning options.
DRILL GUARD – ‘TR3B’ MODEL
3TR3BCM drill guards have been designed and manufactured for radial drills and large-geared head drilling machines. The height-adjustable, curved screens are 240mm high with a diameter ranging from 200mm to 600mm.
They all swing open to the left as standard. The steel-framed screen allows for easy and cost-effective replacement of the polycarbonate shield.
DRILL GUARD – ‘TR2’ MODEL
The popular 3TR2CM drill guard has been designed to fit straight onto the head of the drilling machine without any adaptors. The mounting flange is also reversable which gives additional positioning options. The TR2CM is the same type of guard as the TR7CM, but with a shorter adjustable rod.
This versatile drill guard has a 200mm wide x 130mm high polycarbonate shield which is height adjustable and swings open to the left.
DRILL GUARD – ‘TRE4’ MODEL
This is a large and robust interlocked safety guard for drilling and milling machines, fitted with a double screen that swings open and is also adjustable in height.
The versatile design means that this guard can be fitted to large geared head drilling machines and to milling machines as a close-fit cutter guard. There are two models available with the width of the double polycarbonate screen being the only discernible difference between them.
