SPIDER 50 & SPIDER 75
The Spider 50 and Spider 75 were conceived in accordance with ISO23125 Standards 6.2.1 (no use of hands during working operations). There is no longer any need to undertake dangerous sanding operations by hand with risk of serious accidents caused by holding emery cloth or sanding pads.
The Spider is simple to fit, no different to fitting a conventional cutting tool to the lathe tool post.
CHUCK GUARD – ‘IE’ MODEL
Safety guard for lathe chuck with steel structure.
The flat screens can be either polycarbonate or laminated glass, equipped with safety microswitch and fixing support for a perfect fitting near the lathe head-stock.
Two standard sizes available: IE/A or IE/B.

CHUCK GUARD – ‘MINOR’ MODEL
Safety enclosure sliding on ball guides to be fitted on the lathe’s headstock. Made of steel sheet. The upper and front sides have large windows with polycarbonate screens to facilitate visibility into the work area. Complete with microswitch system and fitting supports.

SADDLE GUARD – ‘TC – REAR FITTING’ MODEL
Mobile and swivelling safety guard to be fitted on the longitudinal carriage of the lathe. To be fitted on the rear of the carriage. Ideal when turning long components.
Steel frame with polycarbonate screen. Protects the operator against chips and coolant. Available either with or without cooling system and microswitch system. To be fitted on the rear side.
