Keeping them means an audit every year, so we have to hold high standards across the company and keep delivering excellent service to our customers. Here is what we hold.
Alcumus SafeContractor
SafeContractor is a widely recognised accreditation for exceptionally rigorous health and safety management. Accredited organisations go on a register, which potential customers can check when choosing contractors. Many major clients will only work with SafeContractor-accredited firms, as it is broadly seen as proof of competence in health and safety. To earn it, a company’s health and safety practices and its safety track record are assessed in detail.
ISO 9001
ISO 9001 assesses the quality of an organisation’s internal management. A company has to show it has the systems in place to manage the business and its people reliably, deliver effective products or services, and consistently meet its customers’ needs. Because the standard focuses on consistency, accredited organisations are audited every year to make sure they continue to meet its requirements.
ISO 45001
ISO 45001, the Occupational Health and Safety Management certification, is the most recently developed ISO standard relevant to our business. It recognises a company’s ability to identify, manage and reduce the health and safety risks in its processes. Developed with input from experts around the world, it shows that an organisation puts its employees’ wellbeing first, takes real steps to protect it, and complies with current health and safety legislation.
